LMC manufactures triclamp couplings according to ASME / BS / DIN 32676 / INCH / ISO / IMPERIAL
Triclamp couplings are quick couplings used in working environments that demand high levels of hygiene: food, pharma, chemical and life science industries.
The triclamp couplings that we manufacture at LMC have a smooth, but light serrated hose shank which gives a good grip on the hose, but will never damage it when crimping with a ferrule. The collar is also designed to be used with RK safety clamps according to EN 14420-3.
Triclamp couplings exist in many dimensions, but there are only few OD flange sizes. Please let us know the hose OD diameter and the flange OD / ID and we make it fit for your application!
Most common-used sizes are available from stock (produced in Belgium), other / special sizes will be produced upon demand in a couple of weeks.
All available with 3.1 material certificate and Ra (standard <0.8µm) test report.
