LMC-Couplings offers HRRL swage ferrules for the assembly of industrial rubber hoses from DN 38 up to DN 100, where a light version is required.

LMC's HRRL swage ferrules are cold drawn stainless steel ferrules with an inside sharp serration and designed to ensure long-term quality and safety:

1.  Ferrules are specially designed to eliminate the risk of hose damage.
2.  Ferrule thickness ensures optimum crimping with no distortion, thus reducing the risk of disconnection.
3.  The internal surface of the HRRL swage ferrules is designed to have a very firm grip on the hose.
4.  These ferrules are also designed to use on thin-walled hoses.
